Return Window
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags must be attached
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Click “Return Item” next to the product you wish to return.
- Print Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package.
- Pack Securely: Place items in their original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Ship Back: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- We'll ship your exchange item free of charge
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You'll receive an email confirmation
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 business days)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Pierced jewelry
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
